You'll learn:
Running on uneven and technical ground
Downhill running — safely and quickly
Uphill skills including running and power hiking (with and without poles)
Picking efficient lines through technical terrain
Equipment, footwear, and hydration for trail running
What to expect: Total running distance is approximately 5km including some hills. The pace is very easy and suits complete novice trail runners through to those with some experience wanting to sharpen their skills.
Personal technique feedback is provided alongside group-based sessions.
