TESTIMONIAL
“I came along to Dave’s running technique workshop as I was training for my first half marathon but kept getting pain in my shins. A mate of mine said Dave was the man to see! What an eye-opener the workshop was. I had no idea that running technique could be so important, and I’m not exaggerating when I say that by the end of the session he had me running without any pain in my shins at all. I was astounded! It took a bit of practice to get the technique 100% and I actually followed up with a couple of 1:1 sessions, but honestly it was the best investment I ever made into my running”.
